From ultra-modern waterside apartments to quaint fishermens cottages and five star luxury farmhouses, we have something to suit every taste and budget. Several of our cottages are dog friendly and some will welcome more than one dog. Many properties offer special offers and late availability discounts - please check the 'Special Offers' page for further details.

We hope you will find our online booking system user-friendly but, should you require any advice whatsoever regarding the properties or how to book them, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

How to Find a Suitable Self-Catering Property

There are several ways to navigate around the site to find your ideal property. The best method to use is dependent on your requirements. For example;

Tied to a specific week?

It is probably easiest to choose 'Availability/Booking' and select 'Click here to check Availability and Booking'.You will be then be guided to a page where you may enter the dates you require together the number of occupants. If you leave the 'Preferred Property Type' set to 'All' then the full list of suitable properties will be displayed for you once you click 'Check Availability'.

Dates are flexible?

If you can be flexible about when you take your holiday but you have a specific property criteria (i.e. a party of 8 people looking for a property with a sea view in Falmouth), it is advisable to use the 'Find A Cottage' facility. This page offers you three different search options to narrow down the list of suitable properties for you: 'Features' (Sea View, etc.), 'Area' (Falmouth, Helford River, Mawnan Smith, etc.) or 'Search' (more specific requirements including area & features).

Christmas & New Year 10/11

Due to the way Christmas/New Year falls this year, we are happy to be fairly flexible on the changeover day. Most properties will be running from Sunday to Sunday or Monday to Monday so, if in doubt, please call the office to confirm. Please Note: the booking system may generate a somewhat random price when the availability list is generated (due to the change in changeover days) so please confirm the price on the actual individual property's page. If in doubt, please call the office!

Want to bring a dog?

About 30% of our properties are dog friendly and will happily accommodate your four-legged friend. To find those that do, use our 'Search' facility and check the 'animals' box. We are great animal lovers ourselves and have a number of dogs who help us recommend the best local dog friendly beaches, walks and even (whispered) vets!
