Lowena Cottage

This neat little cottage is newly furnished and occupies a tucked-away spot, near Kimberley Park, yet is within a couple of minutes walk of the town centre and its amenities. The Blue Flag sandy beach of Gyllyngvase is just a short drive or a fifteen minute walk away. Penmere train station is two minutes by taxi or bus, both of which can be caught from The Moor just a stroll down the road.

This little cottage is equipped with modern furnishings and gas central heating and provides very comfortable accommodation whatever the weather and benefits from a small, enclosed, sun-trap garden.

Falmouth has good shopping and leisure facilities as well as many waterside restaurants and bars. Being so close to town you need not fight over who is going to drive home! Truro is a twenty minute drive, The Eden Project thirty five, St.Ives and the North Coast forty.

If you decide to bring your car please note that there is no allocated parking for Lowena Cottage but one can usually get parked within a minute or two's walk of the property.

Accommodation

Kitchen/Diner : with fitted kitchen units, cooker/grill, fridge, microwave, ample cupboard space and work surfaces, a breakfast table and two chairs, radiator.

Bathroom : with bath (and electric shower over), wc, basin and radiator.

Sitting Room : (first floor) with large window over-looking the garden and a glazed door which allows plenty of natural light to flood in as well as providing access to the small, enclosed, Patio Garden. This character room has a modern 2-seater sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player. A door from the sitting room leads to

Bedroom : with double bed, two bedside chests of drawers and wardrobe.

Parking : On the road-side, opposite the cottage, when possible. Otherwise, there are Pay & Display car parks within a few minutes' walk or you may find a space in a quiet side road nearby.
