Occupying what is arguably the best position in Falmouth, this former coastguard cottage sits in a prime position perched up on Pendennis Point, offering panoramic views of Falmouth Bay. As well as being in close proximity to swimming pools and other activities for children, Castle Beach is just two minutes on foot. Ten minutes on is the (Blue Flag), safe and sandy, Gyllyngvase Beach.

As a holiday home you could not really want for much more in a property. Spinnakers offers comfortable, spacious accommodation with a balcony, large deck area and south facing garden and is situated in a quiet, peaceful location, yet within walking distance of the town and beaches. And all that's without mentioning the breathtaking views!

The cottage has, this year, been sympathetically and creatively converted into two apartments and Spinnakers occupies the first and second floors. The apartment is imaginatively decorated and exceptionally well equipped, just as a home should be. All of the bedrooms and the living room enjoy the stunning sea views, with the back rooms overlooking the well established garden. The cottage is gas centrally heated with radiators in all rooms.

Being an end of terrace property, the apartment has the added advantage of a private parking space (car port) adjacent to the exterior wall.

Falmouth Docks train station is just 5 minutes walk away, where connections can be taken to Truro mainline station. Buses can be caught from the seafront to take you into town if you are not so fancy on your feet! From there buses and coaches can be caught to take you further afield. Falmouth offers good transport links and A roads to take you to the North coast or further along the South Coast. Truro is 20 minutes by car and St.Ives and the Eden Project at St Blazey are 40 minutes.

DECKING : to the side elevation of the property, a large outside space - perfect for Alfresco dining and taking in the sunset over the water, or breakfast at sunrise!
