From the apartment, the town centre is a short level walk away, where there are may interesting shops, boutiques and food sellers, as well as the usual high street stores.

The town beaches on Falmouth Bay are sandy and only five to ten minutes walk away from Challenger Quay. The Ships and Castles Leisure Centre is only a few minutes on foot and several National Trust Gardens, Golf Courses and the Helford River are all within easy reach.
