The decor is light and very attractive, giving the apartment a warm and welcoming feel whatever the weather. Two sets of french windows in the sitting room lead onto a double aspect terrace, overlooking the inner marina, the outer harbour and attractive gardens. Water views over the marina can be seen from the dining and kitchen area. The bedrooms look out towards Falmouth Harbour and the outer marina.

Challenger Quay is situated in an ideal part of Falmouth, very close to Falmouth Docks. There is always something of interest to see regarding ships and water activity. Located on one side is the lifeboat station and the other is the National Maritime Museum Cornwall. From the apartment, the town centre is a short level walk away, where there are may interesting shops, boutiques and food sellers, as well as the usual high street stores.

The town beaches on Falmouth Bay are sandy and only five to ten minutes walk away from Challenger Quay. The Ships and Castles Leisure Centre is only a few minutes on foot and several National Trust Gardens, Golf Courses and the Helford River are all within easy reach.
