This delightful and surprisingly spacious barn apartment has a wonderful cosy, cottage feel, with fantastic rural, countryside views towards Port Navas Creek and the Lizard.

The apartment is located on the first floor, of one half of a large 'L shaped' barn, but is accessed at ground floor level with only three steps. The property has oil-fired central heating throughout. There are two private entrances to the property and a lovely garden for sitting out/barbecues etc.

Treworval is just a few minutes drive of Mawnan Smith village, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, close to the sea, wooodlands and Helford River. The area is renowned for its spectacular scenery, splendid walks and a number of sub-tropical gardens, including Trebah and Glendurgan, which are open to the general public. The coastline offers miles of stunning scenic walks, as well as a number of beaches and small coves to explore. Falmouth (approx. 6 miles distant) is an ancient fishing port and thriving town with a wealth of restaurants, traditional pubs, shops and the impressive sea front.

SITTING ROOM : A cosy room with rural views out towards Falmouth Bay. Low ceiling, three-piece suite, nest of tables, lamp, bookcase with books, wide-screen digital TV with 'Free View', DVD player and electric fire.

OUTSIDE : Secluded garden with various plants and shrubs providing colour all year round. Ornamental pond and bench. Lovely spot to relax and take in the panoramic countryside views. Parking for two cars.
