The Helford River renowned for its sailing is close by, and there are many good beaches all around. Budock Vean Golf Course (9 hole) is a mile away, Falmouth Golf Course (18 holes) is five miles. Durgan is approximately one mile away on the Helford River. The beautiful gardens at Glendurgan and Trebah are within walking distance.
