Just ten minutes on foot from the town centre and two minutes from the seafront and nearest beach, this bungalow is conveniently located for those keen to leave the car in the garage. Just minutes walk from Honeysuckle Corner is a bowling alley, the Ships and Castles Leisure centre with swimming pool, The National Maritime Museum Cornwall, Port Pendennis Marina, plus many interesting shops and waterside restaurants. Further round the point is Pendennis Castle and the Docks lookout point, plus a gorgeous, scenic walk.

Perhaps the most attractive feature of this property is the outside area with its delightful patio, perfect for dining out and the possibility to relax in the sheltered, private garden.

The accommodation is all on one level, but the access steps to the property make it unsuitable for the very elderly or infirm.

SITTING/DINING ROOM : spacious, L-shaped, airy room, with comfortable settees, dining table and chairs. TV with FreeView, DVD and video player. Radio/Cassette player, cabinet and books. Front door to outside and small front garden. Steps beyond the property's boundary take you down to the road level and station road. Glimpses of the sea and docks.

KITCHEN : with electric double oven and hob, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, ample crockery, glassware and utensils. View of and door onto patio. Kitchen door leads to Hall and all rooms.

BATHROOM : with bath and shower over, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

BEDROOM 1 : with double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps and door to garden.

BEDROOM 2 : with twin beds, wardrobe, chest of bedside drawers, dressing table and lamp. View of garden.

BEDROOM 3 : with single bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside table and light.

CLOAKROOM : WC, shaver point and small hand basin.

OUTSIDE : Walled patio area, is a real sun trap with table, chairs and BBQ. Small pathway leading to Garden with another (smaller) patio area and pretty, rectangular lawn with seat and plants.
