Bosaneth View

Bosaneth View is a modern stone and timber built holiday flat, self contained and private, neighboured with the owner's house. From its windows there are spectacular rural views of a broad southerly vista towards Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens and the Lizard, with Goonhilly to the west.

The entrance to Treworval Farm is about mid-way between Mawnan Smith and Constantine, both of which have good village shops, post offices and restaurants. From Bosaneth View there are delightful country walks through tranquil pasture and shady woodland. Further afield are Helford Passage and Port Navas boating centres, that can be reached by car.

To find Bosaneth View follow the farm track and its cottages, the farm road (re-surfaced in December 2006) ends with Bosaneth View about 300 yards distant. The property is located on Ordnance Survey Map: Explorer 8/102/103.

We have another cottage within Treworval Farm called Treworval Barn which sleeps 4.

Bosaneth View has very efficient solar water heating, with a back up electric immersion heater. The owner subscribes to a green electricity provider ensuring a certain quota comes from wind farms.

In all, a comfortable, convenient holiday retreat in peaceful and glorious surroundings.

Accommodation

ENTRANCE : to the flat is by south facing double doors.

LIVING ROOM : includes a very comfortable sofa bed, reclining easy chair, colour television and integral DVD player, folding dining furniture and a well fitted KITCHEN AREA with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge and microwave oven.

BEDROOM : is compact with twin beds that can be made into a double bed, (please let us know your preference). There is a hanging bedroom cupboard and bedside table.

BATHROOM : light and spacious, bath with power shower over, basin and W.C.

OUTSIDE : Bench and table, with wonderful views over the garden and open countryside beyond, as well as a portable BBQ are provided. There is ample parking adjacent to the property.
