The farmhouse is part of a working dairy farm, with 100 Jersey cows as your neighbours! The owners live in a small annexe of the farmhouse, and are on hand for any emergencies should you need them.

Just six miles from Truro and the same from Falmouth, Devichoys Farmhouse is situated in a good location for exploring both the North and South coasts. Mylor Harbour is just a couple of miles down the road, providing excellent boating facilities as well as two restaurants and a café/shop. Slightly closer is Mylor Bridge village with good amenities including a pub and the excellent Mylor Stores with its own deli counter. A mile down the road takes you to the idyllic Restronguet creek and the renowned, thatched, Pandora Inn, where you can sit on the pontoon, eat, drink and while away a few hours lapping up the scenery.
