It has oil-fired central heating throughout and constant hot water. This creates very cosy and comfortable accommodation throughout the year in one of the most idyllic waterside hamlets in Cornwall. The property has a front garden with parking for two cars/boat and a rear garden with a pleasant and secluded outlook.

Port Navas creek, Port Navas Quay and the famous Port Navas Oyster Farm are within a couple of minutes walk from Inow Cottage. Steeped in unrivalled natural beauty, both from the water and the surrounding woodland, Port Navas is set in an ideal position to explore the area by foot, boat or car. The villages of Mawnan Smith and Constantine, both with excellent shops, are within two miles, as is the award-winning Trengilly Wartha Inn.

Falmouth is only six miles away and this interesting old town has retained the charm of the old fishing port and offers good shopping facilities, restaurants and traditional Cornish pubs.

There are several beautiful sub-tropical gardens nearby and ample opportunity for picturesque, waterside walks. Lovely safe sandy beaches are only ten to fifteen minutes away. Sailing facilities on the beautiful Helford River are among the finest in England. Boats can be hired from nearby Helford Passage or you can launch your own boat from the slipway at Port Navas creek.

FIRST FLOOR

BEDROOM 1 : Two 3-foot single beds, wardrobe, chair and mirror.

BEDROOM 2 : Double-bedded room with chest of drawers, built-in cupboard, chair and mirror. Radiator.

BATHROOM : White suite comprising bath, washbasin and W.C. Towel rails, mirror with strip light and shaver point. Blue and white tiles. Radiator.

OUTSIDE : Parking for one car in driveway and area for parking second car or boat. Secluded back garden with terraces and plenty of trees and shrubs. Patio furniture and barbecue supplied.
